Our Move-In/Move-Out service is our most intensive offering: every surface addressed, heavy buildup removed, appliance interiors tackled, and total transformation delivered. Whether you're moving into a property that needs a fresh start or leaving a property with significant wear, this service handles what standard cleaning can't. Insured, bonded, and licensed with 1,000+ cleans completed.
What's Included
Kitchen:
- Countertops cleaned and disinfected with hospital-grade solution
- Backsplash heavily degreased, buildup removed
- Cabinet fronts and handles deep-cleaned, all grease removed
- Cabinet interiors wiped thoroughly (empty cabinets only)
- Stovetop, range hood, and surrounding surfaces heavily degreased
- Appliance exteriors cleaned and polished
- Oven interior cleaned thoroughly (included as standard)
- Refrigerator interior cleaned thoroughly (included as standard)
- Microwave interior cleaned thoroughly (included as standard)
- Sink scrubbed, faucet and fixtures cleaned
- Floors vacuumed, mopped, edges detailed
Bathrooms:
- Toilets deep-scrubbed (bowl, base, behind, tank exterior)

- Sinks, countertops, and vanities disinfected
- Mirrors streak-free
- Cabinet interiors wiped thoroughly (empty cabinets only)
- Floors mopped, edges and corners addressed
- All surfaces treated with hospital-grade disinfectant where safe
Living Areas & Bedrooms:
- All surfaces dusted and detailed: shelves, window sills, built-ins
- Baseboards hand-wiped throughout
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted and detailed
- Closets swept and wiped thoroughly (empty closets only)
- Floors vacuumed, mopped where applicable, edged along walls
- Door frames and handles wiped
- Light switches and outlet covers cleaned
- Vents and returns dusted
Throughout Property:
- Interior window glass cleaned throughout property
- Wall spot-cleaning where needed (heavier attention to marks and scuffs)
- Final walkthrough to ensure complete reset and move-in ready condition
Turnover vs Move-In/Move-Out: Which Service?
Both services clean vacant properties thoroughly. The difference is intensity:
Property Turnover ($210, 2hr min)
Covers all standard cleaning: surfaces wiped, floors cleaned, bathrooms disinfected, interior windows cleaned, baseboards hand-wiped, microwave interior cleaned, and move-in ready condition. This handles what most vacant properties need between occupants.
Move-In/Move-Out ($350, 4hr min)
Our most intensive service. Includes everything in Turnover PLUS: oven interior cleaned thoroughly, refrigerator interior cleaned thoroughly, heavier degreasing throughout kitchen, intensive attention to significant buildup, and complete property reset.
Choose Turnover for standard vacant property cleaning. Choose Move-In/Move-Out when you need complete reset with appliance interiors and intensive detailing.

Property must be empty or 95% empty to schedule Move-In/Move-Out service.
